Tefarab AI is the sole author and copyright holder of the Audio Seeker application, including its source code, user interface design, visual assets, written content, documentation, and all associated creative works, except where explicitly noted as third-party content.

This copyright applies to:

• Source code — All Kotlin, XML, and configuration files written by Tefarab AI
• User interface design — All screen layouts, colour schemes, typography choices, and interaction patterns
• Branding assets — The Audio Seeker logo, icon, name, and visual identity
• Tefarab AI brand — The company name, logo, and associated branding
• Documentation — This website, README files, and all written materials produced by Tefarab AI
• App Store listing — Descriptions, screenshots, and promotional materials

2. Permitted Use

Audio Seeker's source code is distributed under a proprietary license. Modification, redistribution, and derivative works require prior written permission from Tefarab AI (see tefarab-website.vercel.app/license.html).

This proprietary license applies to the code. It does not grant rights to use Tefarab AI's trademarks, logos, or brand names (see Section 4).

3. Rights Reserved

All rights not expressly granted by this proprietary license are reserved. In particular, the following are not permitted without explicit written consent from Tefarab AI:

• Publishing a modified version of Audio Seeker under the "Audio Seeker" name or logo
• Using the Tefarab AI name or logo in any product, service, or marketing material
• Claiming to be Tefarab AI or an official Tefarab AI product
• Reproducing Tefarab AI's written documentation or website content verbatim without attribution

4. Trademark Notice

The following are trademarks of Tefarab AI and are not covered by this proprietary license:

• "Audio Seeker" — Application name and brand
• "Tefarab AI" — Company name and brand
• The Audio Seeker logo — The purple music note with signal-wave design
• The Tefarab AI logo — Company mark and wordmark

Use of these marks in any context — including app stores, websites, or promotional materials — requires prior written permission from Tefarab AI. To request permission, contact muzahidur2024@gmail.com.

5. Third-Party Copyrights

Audio Seeker incorporates open-source libraries, each retaining their own copyright. These are acknowledged in full in the License page. The use of these libraries complies with their respective license terms.

Audio Seeker does not reproduce, redistribute, or store any copyrighted music or audio content. All audio playback is performed on files owned by the user and stored locally on their device.

6. DMCA & Copyright Infringement

Similarly, Audio Seeker does not store, stream, or redistribute copyrighted audio. Any audio played by the app is sourced entirely from the user's own device storage. We are not responsible for the content of audio files stored on users' devices.
